IADVL Scholarships for SARCD XIII 2025 – Mangalore, India

Dear IADVL Members,

Greetings!

We are pleased to announce the availability of 60 scholarships, each worth Rs 15,000, for IADVL members to attend the 13th South Asian Regional Conference of Dermatology (SARCD XIII) in Mangalore, India, from May 2-4, 2025.

The scholarships will be awarded as follows:

• 15 scholarships for Life Members (LMs) aged 35 years or above
• 15 scholarships for LMs aged under 35 years
• 30 scholarships for PLMs
•  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be registered delegates presenting a paper or poster at SARCD XIII.
• Applicants under 40 years should not have received an IADVL scholarship for attending a national conference anytime in the past.
• Applicants aged 40 years or above must not have received any IADVL scholarship for attending a national conference in the last 5 years.
• Must not be fully funded by other sources (e.g., conference organizers, state branches, government, ICMR, pharmaceutical companies, or institutions).
• Those who have previously received IADVL fellowship or Observership are eligible to apply.

• Abstract Acceptance Letter from SARCD 2025 (PDF)
• Abstract/Synopsis of accepted paper/poster (Word)
• Proof of Conference Registration (PDF)
• Brief CV, including conference presentations / participation, Awards/Honours and a list of publications (1^st/2^nd & corresponding author will be preferred) - (single PDF)

Application Timeline:

• Application Opens: March 10, 2025
• Application Closes: March 25, 2025

The applications will be evaluated by independent judges, and the results will be announced in due course. The scholarship grant will be disbursed after the conference, upon submission of the participation certificate.
