Dear IADVL Members, 

Greetings!

We are pleased to announce the availability of 20 scholarships of Rs 50,000 each for IADVL members in good standing (including IAL members who have IADVL membership) to attend the 22^nd International Leprosy Congress (ILC) in Bali, Indonesia, from July 5 to 9, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

·       Applicants must be registered delegates presenting a paper or poster at 22^nd ILC.

·       Applicants under 40 years should not have received an IADVL scholarship for attending an international conference anytime in the past.

·       Applicants aged 40 years or above must not have received any IADVL scholarship for attending an international conference in the  last 5 years.

·       Must not be fully funded by other sources (e.g., conference organizers, state branches, government, ICMR, pharmaceutical companies, or institutions).

·       Those who have previously received an IADVL fellowship or observership are eligible to apply.

·       Proof of Age (PDF)

·       Abstract Acceptance Letter from ILC 2025 (PDF)

·       Abstract/Synopsis of accepted paper/poster (Word)

·       Proof of Conference Registration (PDF)

·       Brief CV, including a list of publications in a single pdf. Priority will be given to the research and community work done on leprosy. 

Application Timeline:

·       Application Opens: March 15, 2025 (or after abstract outcome is announced)

·       Application Closes: March 30, 2025
