Answer: Nevus sebaceous with sebaceoma
Histopathological findings: The section
shows a lobulated basaloid tumor connected to the epidermis (4x and 10x Hand E)
with an adjacent epidermis showing the proliferation of sebaceous lobules
directly connected to the epidermis (40x primary). The basaloid tumor is
circumscribed and extends to the mid -dermis. The tumor cells are
predominated by basaloid cells with a few interspersed mature sebocytes
and cystic structures and ducts with crenulated eosinophilic lining (40x H
and E tumor).
