Answer: Interstitial granulomatous dermatitis
Histopathological findings:
Epidermis is thin and shows artefactual separation
from the dermis. Dermis reveals interstitial infiltrate of lymphocytes,
histiocytes and neutrophils with surrounding areas of altered collagen. Multinucleated
giant cells are also noted in deep dermis. Increased dermal mucin is present.
Vasculitis is not seen.
