Histopathological findings
Biopsy showed a well-defined tumor
originating within the lower portion of epidermis extending below in the form
of broad anastomosing bands having monomorphic, small, cuboidal cells with
basophilic round nuclei and scant eosinophilic cytoplasm without peripheral
palisading. The aggregates of poroid and cuticular cells are showing ductal or
tubular formation at few places. Melanin can be seen scattered at few places
within the tumor. Stroma is highly vascularized.
