Dear IADVL members,
It gives us great pleasure to announce the selected candidates for IADVL Leadership Pipeline program,a Presidential project.20 candidates have been selected keeping in mind also leadership positions served locally or at state,regional diversity and different age groups and also completeness of applications and the vision, among those applied in mind.There were 42 applicants.
These candidates will undergo a 5 weeks 2 hourly session on soft skills with a globally known leadership coach.They will also get to interact with international and national leaders of Dermatology once a month,the first being started on 12th March 2022 at 9.00 pm with Dr Ilona Frieden.Many of them have helped in Leadership Academies in AAD and WDS.
