3. Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA
4. Mackay Memorial Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan

The IADVL will pay a maximum of four candidates in a year a scholarship/stipend of Rs 50,000 each. No stipend would be provided by centres, but they have agreed to waive off the course fees.
